Daniel Grimshawe is the DP Coordinator, College Counsellor, and KS4/IB Visual Arts Teacher at KISU.
Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art from Lancaster University, during which he participated in a study abroad year at Binghamton University, New York. Subsequently, he obtained a PGCE in Art and Design from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
Having joined KISU in August 2019, Daniel brought with him a wealth of experience from his tenure in Kuwait, where he taught Fine Art, Graphic Design, and Photography.
As the DP Coordinator at KISU, he plays a fundamental role in implementing the International Baccalaureate programme, creating an environment that encourages holistic growth, critical thinking and global awareness among students.
Beyond his administrative and counselling responsibilities, Daniel remains deeply committed to his role as a Visual Arts teacher. He continues to ignite creativity in his students, instilling in them a lifelong appreciation for the arts and the power of self-
expression.
